“For every human illness, somewhere in the world there exists a plant which is the cure.”— attributed to Rudolf Steiner

Across cultures and across time, human beings have explored many ways to heal, regulate, and understand themselves. Some of these paths were rooted in prayer, sound, movement, ritual, breath, meditation, or plant knowledge. Others were based on community, storytelling, and spiritual practice. What unites all of them is not a substance, belief, or doctrine—but conscious intention and responsibility.
This article does not promote or instruct the use of any substances. It explores a broader truth: healing and awakening do not come from external tools alone—they come from how awareness, belief, and integration are applied.
You are not healed by something outside of you. You are healed by how you meet what opens inside you.
Plants, Prayer, and the Origins of Medicine
Long before modern hospitals, healing spaces were temples, monasteries, and communal sanctuaries. People turned to prayer, fasting, music, herbs, breath, and ritual—not because they were “alternative,” but because they were the only medicine available.
Plants were historically understood as allies, not solutions. They were used carefully, ceremonially, and with deep respect—not casually or recreationally.
Across many cultures:
Plants were woven into life transitions, grief, rites of passage, and spiritual inquiry
Healing was accompanied by guidance, prayer, sound, and community
Integration and meaning mattered more than the experience itself
Even animals instinctively use plants for regulation—suggesting that interaction with nature is part of biological intelligence, not ideology.
That said, plants were never seen as the healer. They were seen as door-openers, not destinations.
Consciousness Is Not a Substance — It Is a State
Modern language often reduces healing to chemistry. But healing does not occur at the chemical level alone—it occurs at the level of meaning, belief, nervous-system regulation, and identity coherence.
States of expanded awareness—whether accessed through meditation, breathwork, prayer, yoga, trance, near-death experiences, fasting, or intense life events—can dissolve old identity structures. This process is often referred to as ego dissolution.
Ego dissolution can be:
clarifying
destabilizing
liberating
disorienting
Without integration, it can also lead to confusion, anxiety, loss of grounding, or identity fragmentation.
Opening the door is not the same as knowing how to live afterward.
Integration Is the Missing Piece
Many people experience expanded states and then struggle with:
feeling lost afterward
emotional instability
difficulty functioning in daily life
identity confusion
returning to old patterns
This is not failure—it is lack of integration.
Awakening without structure does not lead to freedom. It leads to fragmentation.
This is where HYPRAMED exists—not as a belief system, substance, or ideology—but as an integration technology.
HYPRAMED: You Are the Medicine
HYPRAMED is a method of:
subconscious access
nervous-system regulation
identity reorganization
emotional release
conscious reprogramming
It works through your own voice, awareness, intention, and repetition.
HYPRAMED does not give you something new. It helps you stabilize what has already been revealed.
Whether expanded awareness comes through:
meditation or yoga
breathwork
grief or trauma
near-death experiences
life collapse or transition
or any other opening
HYPRAMED provides a way to return safely, coherently, and embodied.
Responsibility, Choice, and Discernment
If a person chooses to explore expanded states through any method, the responsibility lies in:
discernment
seriousness
preparation
aftercare
integration
Not every guide is a guide. Not every space is safe. Not every experience leads to clarity.
Conscious choice means asking:
Who is holding the space?
Is integration supported?
Is there grounding afterward?
Is the focus on empowerment or fear?
True healing increases sovereignty—not reliance.
Healing Does Not Belong to One Path
Some people heal through:
prayer
music
movement
color
sound
breath
meditation
inner dialogue
Others need structure, repetition, and nervous-system retraining.
For deeper understanding of non-pharmaceutical, non-invasive healing methods—including sound, color, intention, and subconscious work—you may explore The Quantum Protocol of Conscious Healing, which presents multiple approaches without dogma or dependency.
Healing is not rebellion. A wakening is not escape. And expanded awareness is not a shortcut.
You are where you place your attention, belief, and energy.
HYPRAMED exists to help you:
stabilize awareness
integrate insight
release fear-based identity
return to life grounded, capable, and clear
If you are seeking fast, safe, and coherent integration, working with a trained HYPRAMED practitioner can accelerate results. A practitioner helps clear emotional residue, unlock subconscious access, and tailor the method to your nervous system and life context—after which self-practice becomes far more effective.
Types of natural psychedelics and plant medicines:
LSD (Lysergic acid diethylamide) is made from a substance found in ergot, which is a fungus that infects rye.
LCA - Morning Glory vines like Ayauhasca are both decoration and pervasive pest, but people may not be aware that a compound in the seeds of these plants is associated with drug effects similar to that of LSD. Morning Glory seeds contain alkaloids. The primary psychoactive substance in the morning glory plant is ergine, or D-lysergic acid amide (LSA). The spirit effects of LSA are somewhat like the effects of D-lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) from ergot; however, its more purgative which can be beneficial. Seeds of the morning glory plant have been used since ancient times in ritual ceremonies. For example, the Maya used the plant in a beverage to facilitate communication with the spirits to predict the future or to come to an understanding of otherwise incomprehensible events. Though eating morning glory flowers may not be directly toxic, in large enough quantities, consuming the seeds can lead to purge and to experience very deep visions. A concentrated LSA extract can be safely used ceremonially. Best to use the Hawaiian Baby Woodrose plant.
Psilocybin is a naturally occurring substance found in mushrooms and is found in many parts of the world. There are many variety of magic mushrooms available and legal in some states and countries for consumption.
Huachuma- Mescaline is derived from the Mexican peyote and San Pedro cactus and produces similar effects to LSD, naturally spirit containing.
DMT (Diemethyltryptamine) is structurally similar to psilocin, an alkaloid found in psilocybin mushrooms. It can be synthesized in the laboratory with a possibility of the spirit staying intact. Psychotria viridis aka Chakruna, Acacia, Mimosa and DMT containing Plants Chart.
Acacia and Jurema (Mimosa) - Sacred Medicine of the Spiritual Initiation into higher understandings practiced in ancient Egypt. I personally consider Acacia and Mimosa most gentle of all medicines in terms of their effects. With the microdose option you are able to madidate and be in full control of your body and the mind and still connect to the spirit.
Peyote (Lophophora williamsii) is the most well-known and potent psychedelic cactus, although the smallest and slowest growing. Instead of growing upward to form a column, it grows as ‘buttons’ low to the ground. It has been used by Native Americans for over 5000 years.
Buffo Alvarius - Toad Medicine – Gods/Spirit Molecule - 5-MeO-DMT (5-methoxy-N,N-dimethyltryptamine). It’s found in several plants and in high concentrations in the secretion of the Sonoran Desert toad aka Bufo alvarius. It’s also produced by the human body and has been found in human blood, urine, and cerebrospinal fluid. It’s usually inhaled through vaporizing. Like DMT, the experience is quick, requires one to sompletely surrender and loose control of the ego, starting just a few seconds after ingestion and lasting about twenty to thirty minutes. Also, can be safely synthesized in the lab with the ceremonial approach.
Ayahuasca, the Holy Medicine of the Holy and Divine Mother Ayahuasca, is most popularly used in South America prepared by the Holy Banisteriopsis Caapi Vine, which is known to not only provide the MAOI, which allow the DMT from Plants to cross the blood-brain barrier, but also impact in many ways. Another popular MAOI which has been in practice by various communities for ages is most popularly known as Syrian Rue aka harmala, scientific name of which is Peganum Harmala, known as Esphand/Isphand/Isfand/Spand/Sipand throughout the Africa, Middle-East and Asia.
The Syrian Rue has been known to be applied as a medicine and an intoxicant in Iran and neighboring regions and is considered as an aphrodisiac by the Turks and others. The seeds are known to be effective for apotropaic reasons. There is archaeological evidence from the Caucasus region of the Syrian Rue being digested, burnt and inhaled from 5th millennium BCE. The Rue has been considered as the chief Medicinal Plants with numerous purposes, and as one of the main ingredients of antidotes. The Syrian Rue contains almost equal quantities of the alkaloids Harmine and Harmaline, and Tetrahydroharmine (THH), which are B-carboline derivatives, belonging to a class of compounds which act as Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOIs). Harmaline can be synthesized with spirit intact.

What is Shamanism?
Shamanism is the oldest documented spiritual belief system, dating back 40,000 years. It’s practiced in every indigenous culture across the planet. It is an open-source practice rooted in the presence, gratitude, and the inter-connectivity of all things.
The term “shamanism” evolved from the Evenk or Tungus language of North Asia. It was introduced into the west after Russia conquered the Khanate of Kazan in 1552. Upon learning about other religions with similar features, Western scholars applied the term to indigenous religions in Asia, Australia, and the Americas.
A “shaman” refers to a person who makes journeys to other realities or “worlds” in an altered state of consciousness. The journeys are intended to heal, get information, or do other things. In fact, if shamans do not get results, they eventually are not used by their people.
Technically, Shamanism is not actually a religion. It can coexist with religions. For example in Siberia, Shamanism is conducted within Buddhism and Lamaism, and in Japan within Buddhism. Shamans are normally found in cultures which believe that there are spirits. Shamans interact with spirits to obtain results like healing.
Shamans do not exclude other methods of healing. The shaman’s purpose is to make a person well. If this can coordinate with modern medicine or technology, most shamans would have no issue.
Shamans are also called: medicine man/woman, healer, natural plant medicine practitioner, guide.
How natural Plant Medicine is used?
Natural psychedelic and not containing teacher plants have been used since ancient times by various cultures throughout the world for their mystical and spiritual associations. LSA (morning glory), magic mushrooms, Mescaline and DMT are usually swallowed, smoked or inhaled. Ayahuasca, Acacia, Syrian rue are usually cooked or brewed into a ‘tea’ and served ceremonially by the shaman/medicine woman/man, healer, guide or plant medicine practitioner with unconditional intentions to help one see self.
Morning Glory, Mescaline ingested tea duration is about 10-12 hours. Ayahuasca experience lasts about 6-8 hours. Acacia/Mimosa about 4-6, and psilocybin depending on dosage about 3-6 hours.
Occasionally, some of the plants may be mixed with tobacco or cannabis and smoked. Mescaline is usually swallowed. Peyote buttons may be ground into a powder and smoked with cannabis or tobacco. The buttons can also be chewed or soaked in water to produce a liquid to make a tea as well.
Buffo Alvarus the toad peptides is inhaled thought the use of inhaler and the experience is usually very shortly lived about 15-30 min vs other plant medicines that are ingested as a teas.
Effects of psychedelics:
size, weight and health
whether the person is used to taking it
whether other plants or chemical drugs are taken around the same time
the amount taken
the strength of the drug (varies from batch to batch)
environment (where the drug is taken).
person serving medicine, trusted guide, shaman, healer, natural plant medicine practitioner, medicine woman/man.
The effects of psychedelics what to expect:
feelings of euphoria, samadhi
sense of relaxation and wellbeing
physical and emotional healing through conscious release of a cause
loss of intrusive thoughts, connection with higher self and Source
feeling of oneness, all with one
release or purge of fears, traumas, stressors, triggers, negative state of the mind
opening of some or all energy centers and heart center activation
realizations of self beyond the body and the mind
illusion dissolution, seeing and feeling only true self and understanding true collective
realization of unlimited potential and soul purpose
time travel into past states of self, other dimensions of higher self or future self
negative or illusionary, fear base programs deactivation
freedom to connect with soul and source after reprograming without any future medicines intake on your own.
Impact of mood and environment:
Natural or synthesized teacher plant medicines that affect a person’s mental state can also have varied effects depending on a person’s mood (often called the ‘set’) or the environment they are in (the ‘setting’).
Set: a person’s state of mind, previous encounters with psychedelics, and expectations of what’s going to happen. For example, feelings of stress or anxiety before using psychedelic drugs may result in an unpleasant experience (bad journey).
Setting: the environment in which someone consumes psychedelics or plant medicines – whether it’s known and familiar, who they’re with, if they’re indoors or outdoors, the type of music and light. For example, using psychedelics in a calm, quiet and relaxed environment can lead to, or contribute to, a pleasant experience but being in a noisy, crowded place may result in a negative experience.
Being in a good state of mind, with trusted guide/healer/shamanic practitioner and a safe environment before taking psychedelics reduces the risk of having a bad journey.
Challenging Journey
Sometimes you can experience what some would call a ‘bad journey’, which is frightening and disturbing but only to the conscious mind and its all worth the experience because that’s how we release fears; only by acknowledging the fear and moving from subconscious state into the conscious we can release it forever.
Not all your journeys will be challenging. Each time you shed your fears, programs and traumas you release it from your subconscious and there are no need to deal with it again. With the proper guide who knows how to watch over your vibrations during the experience with the songs/drums/music and go with you through more difficult purges you should easily go over your fears and get back into higher vibrational state of being of unconditional love and peace. Proper guide will make sure you work through shedding your old fears and programs safely and joyfully and will be able to bring you back if you go to deep. Once you shed all that does not resonates with you highest self you will have a clear and focused vision into the future of unlimited self.
Flashbacks
The most common beautiful long-term effect of psychedelic use is the ‘flashback’. Flashbacks are a re-experience of the journey and can occur days, weeks, months and even years later.
Flashbacks can be triggered by many factors, subjects, people or things that may remind you of your experience. Also, it can be due to your soul simple looking to reconnect for more downloads aka inner understandings to bring you new discoveries about self so stay calm if this occurs and contact your guide for further directions.
Mixing natural plant medicines or synthesized with other drugs:
The effects of mixing psychedelics with other drugs, including alcohol, prescription medications and over-the-counter medicines, are not recommended and can be lethal.
Mixing psychedelics with stimulant drugs increases the stimulant effect and can further increase heart rate and place the body under extreme stress. Stimulants can also increase anxiety which can lead to a negative experience.
Mixing psychedelics with benzodiazepines or any antidepressants can increase anxiety, paranoia, sadness and rapid heart rate.
Never mix any psychedelics with antianxiety prescription drugs containing MAOI it can be lethal.
Before taking any psychedelics please tell your guide what other drugs you are taking for further directions.
Be honest what you use or you may suffer the consequences or have a very horrific journey that make emotional state of being even worse.
DIET is the most important part. before the ceremony:
You should abstain from any alcohol and other strong spirits minimum 2 weeks, better 4 if possible and over 2-6 months for some prescription drugs for the best journey (discuss all details with your guide). Do not consume any meat 2 weeks before, it carries dead energy spirit that will pull you down vibrationally. You can have some eggs and fish but a week prior to the ceremony do not eat anything except rice, beans, veggies, fruits, tofu, all family of potatoes, cabbage, all berries, fruits, juices, smoothies, wheat or gluten free base breads.
NO kombucha, saukraft, kimchi or any pickled or marinated foods including blue cheese and alike 1 week before. Exclude bananas and avocados the day prior. DO not eat anything that is showing rotten signs, try to buy and cook all fresh, put loving energy when you cook and eat into the food you consume. 3-7 days before the ceremony do not consume commercial salt or sugar, you can have honey, agave, or little bit of only natural salt if needed. Drink only fruit or veggie smoothies the day before.
The day of the ceremony cease to eat and concentrate on the ceremony intentions. You can have a little bit of fresh non acidic vegan or fruit juice but the best just drink coconut water to maintain electrolytes. Take Epson salt bath the day prior and/or do the Kambo cleanse to help with detox.
DO not release sexual energy at least a week to 2 prior or best as long as you can before the ceremony. You can still have intimacy with the partner but please hold on to your sacred oil intact, it will help you to raise your frequency much faster to the higher state of your consciousness.
The day of the ceremony recommendations:
Make sure you have a journal to right down your intentions prior and visions during the ceremony. This will ease the integration process later.
Drink a lot of water and/or coconut water but cease to drink anything hour before the ceremony.
Take a shower with natural soup, do not use any deodorant or lotions, do not put makeup.
Wear light weight light colored clothes, cotton, hemp, bamboo made. White to connect to the true self, oneness and source, yellow to work through fears and gain power back, saffron to increase life energy, green helps you to open your heart, blue to activate your throat chakra and speak your truth, lavender or purple to access energy of your 3rd eye. Black to experience nothingness.
Leave all jewelry at home, any metals or crystals may interfere with your own frequencies and keep looping you back into your mind interfering with your energy and the spirit.
Why Schedule HYPRAMED Integration After an Expanded or Psychedelic Experience
Expanded states of consciousness—whether reached through plant medicine, intense meditation, breathwork, or spontaneous awakening—can temporarily dissolve identity structures, emotional defenses, and subconscious patterning. While this opening can be deeply revealing, it often leaves the nervous system uncontained and the psyche without clear orientation.
HYPRAMED integration provides a structured, safe way to stabilize these openings by helping the subconscious reorganize, the nervous system regulate, and identity re-anchor without suppressing insight. Rather than trying to “hold onto” the experience or chase it again, HYPRAMED supports conscious integration—translating insight into clarity, coherence, and embodied change.
This prevents post-journey confusion, emotional volatility, or regression into old patterns, and allows the individual to return grounded, functional, and empowered.
Also, great book to read if you experienced rebirth - "The Quantum Protocol of Rebirth"
Integration is not optional after expansion—it is the phase where transformation becomes sustainable.
